Camper Confirmation

Preparations for Camp Wil-Lo-Linn are outlined below:

  1. Print out copies of the Camp Wil-Lo-Linn Welcome and Confirmation letters. Review the Behavior Agreement for Day Camp  with your camper(s).
  2. Download out a copy of the Camp Wil-Lo-Linn Camper ID Tag. Print it out and fill in your Camper's name, Unit Number, circle her bus route or NONE, and have her bring this with her the first day of camp. Print replacements as needed.
  3. Download the Wil-Lo-Linn Camper Pick Up Cards pdf. Fill in the information and print it out. Sign and date each card. Prepare one card for each day of camp that your camper will be picked up. If you do not know who will be picking your child up yet - leave it blank but it must be filled in prior to the afternoon it is used. Every adult who is picking up a child must have a signed Camper Pick Up card for that child at the time they are picking up the camper.
  4. If your plans change during camp and you will have someone who is not listed as an emergency contact or authorized pick up on your original registration - download, print and complete the CAMPER RELEASE FORM FOR UPDATES. Send it in with your camper in the morning and have her give it to her unit leader. The completed form can also be emailed to the camp director at campwlldirector@gmail.com.
  5. If you need to update Health or Medication information, download the forms UPDATE Health History & OTC or Medications Forms. Fill them out and send them in with your camper (or email copies to the registrar)
  6. If your camper will be riding the bus, please download and review the CAMP WIL-LO-LINN BUS RIDER LINKS. Bus riders must be listed with the Bus Coordinator before they ride the bus. Camper Pick Up Cards are required to pick up your rider in the afternoon. Contact Bus Coordinator: campwilldirector@gmail.com or at Headquarters during camp (503) 320-1915. Bus schedule should be available 2 weeks before camp.
  7. Cooking Day notices are posted on the Camper Activities web page.
  8. Camp Aides - check out the CAMP AIDE TRAINING for updates and important training materials and information.
  9. If your camper is staying for the Campfire Celebration and/or the Overnight, please complete the Overnight Permission form.
  10. ADULT VOLUNTEERS - check out the CAMP TRAINING for links to your training materials and important updates.
